Rules for using DailyGeo.

By accessing or using DailyGeo, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

DailyGeo is a web-based daily location-guessing game with free and subscription features. Some features may change while the product is in MVP.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity that occurs through your credentials. You must provide accurate account information and use supported authentication flows only.

We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe an account is being used to abuse the service, interfere with gameplay, scrape protected content, bypass payment controls, or attack the platform.

You may use DailyGeo for personal, non-commercial gameplay unless we grant separate written permission. You may not reverse engineer the service to extract protected answer data, circumvent rate limits, automate play in a way that harms the product, or use the service to violate law or third-party rights.

Attempting to expose hidden puzzle coordinates, replay protected endpoints outside intended flows, or interfere with advertising, billing, or authentication systems is prohibited.

Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Pricing, billing cadence, and any trial terms displayed at checkout control your purchase. Unless required otherwise by law, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled through the billing portal or Stripe-managed flow.

Subscriber benefits may include ad suppression, broader archive access, and expanded streak-rescue allowances. If a payment fails or a subscription ends, access to subscriber-only features may be reduced or removed.

DailyGeo, including its software, design, puzzle structure, and original editorial presentation, is owned by its operator or licensors. Underlying location imagery and map-related assets may be subject to separate third-party licenses and attribution requirements.

You may share your own results using the product’s share features, but you may not republish site assets or curated puzzle content in bulk without permission.

DailyGeo is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or permanent retention of every gameplay record.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
